Alyson joined Purple Bricks to re-ignite the passion she possesses for the real estate industry. Alyson has held her real estate qualifications since 2000 and she became a successful salesperson in the Hope Island, Runaway Bay, Paradise Point areas on the Gold Coast. Utilising her corporate recruitment skills attained in Sydney, where Alyson focused on finding clients their dream job, she now focuses on finding clients their perfect home.

Being one who likes to challenge herself, Alyson had a desire to explore the opportunities in the mining industry in central Queensland operating heavy machinery. She has also written her first fiction fantasy novel. Possessing extremely high customer care ethics, Alyson and husband Col have formed Team Kelaart. Their aim is to listen to clients, understand their needs, then develop and implement successful marketing strategies to achieve the best price outcome for their clients.

Col joined Purple Bricks after a lengthy career in financial services working in many senior business development and relationship roles across the fields of financial planning, corporate superannuation, general and risk insurance. The residential property component of personal wealth management has always been in the forefront of Col’s mind and he brings a personable “down to earth” approach to assisting those clients selling and those buying their homes the best solution for all parties.
